I shot this picture while I was in New York earlier this month – the long list of things you can't do in a public parks and playgrounds (this one was in Greenwich Village – which makes the 'no performing or rallying' clause particularly sad – where would Bob Dylan be if he hadn't been able to sing in parks like Washington Square) tends to make you think: what's the point of going in there if you can't play or have any fun. The wording also has the makings of one of those list-type 'found' poems.
